It’s that magical but very busy time of year again, which means that transport services are often limited, with traffic and waiting times increased. Therefore, please be aware of our office hours, along with some air cargo transport and storage adjustments during the holiday season.

 

Holiday Season Business Hours

Friday 22nd December – Open until 1pm
Saturday 23rd December – Closed
Sunday 24th December – Closed

Monday 25th December – Closed
Tuesday 26th December – Closed
Wednesday 27th December – Normal hours
Thursday 28th December – Normal hours
Friday 29th December – Open until 1pm
Saturday 30th December – Closed
Sunday 31st December – Closed

Monday 1st January – Closed
Tuesday 2nd January – Normal hours resume

 
Holiday Season Transport & Storage

Effective for all collections and deliveries between 19th December and 4th January:
‘Special’ fees (available upon request) will apply and not tariff rates.

Effective for import airline collections and export airline deliveries between 19th December and 1st January:
‘Special’ fees (available upon request) will apply and not tariff rates.

Effective for storage, after 24 hours receipt at our warehouse between 18th December and 2nd January:
Storage fees (Charged per week or part thereof) of £10.00 per 100 kgs will apply.
